Modulation Elevation
Bucket Brigade Devices have been at the heart of our favourite modulation effects since the first compact pedals and studio units were introduced almost half a century ago. Repeatedly responsible for era-defining sounds across genres, they are perhaps even more beloved now than ever for their inimitable sonic characteristics.
Collaborating with Dan and Mick of ‘That Pedal Show’, we embarked on a journey to create a pedal capable of authentically harnessing those classic sounds. And we didn't stop there, uncovering a whole world of new and inspiring ways to interact with these wonderful devices in the stereo field.
The result is Redwing, 100% analogue and built without compromise, offering the most dynamic and glorious array of stereo modulation effects. From high-fidelity Flanging, lush Chorusing, and smooth Vibrato to bonkers Ring Modulation and so much more - all driven by our ‘Signature’ waveform generation.
- All-analogue design for superior tone and fidelity
- Dual BBD lines deliver a huge range of modulation tones: flanger, bi-flanger, chorus and bi-chorus as well as vibrato, ring-mod, pseudo rotary speaker and beyond
- Mono, wet-dry or true stereo from input to output
- Bass & treble EQ for the wet sound
- Boost beyond unity volume if needed
- Three distinct waveforms: asymmetric, sine, and triangle
- Offset for the second BBD line, eg: through zero modulation
- Phase invert for the second BBD line, eg: huge stereo textures, massive bi-chorus/bi-flange tones and more
- No companders, noise gates or anything else that compromise feel and touch sensitivity of the pedal
- Expression pedal control input for speed
- Momentary max regen via external footswitch
- 9V to 24V DC (365mA) input to internal isolated switch-mode power supply giving Stable ±15V and no earth loops
- Silent optical switching and TheGigRig’s OptoKick footswitch for excellent reliability
- Dimensions: 115w x 130d x 70h mm
- Top-mount jacks
- Please note - there are no rubber feet included!
