This pickup sounds like an hybrid between a fat single coil and a full sized humbucker thanks to its unique design with a pair of alnico 5 blade magnets instead of the pole pieces. Our MAMA Firebird pickup is brighter, with thicker and more compressed lows than a mini-humbucker with adjustable pole pieces. Braided 2-conductor wire.
